Thirty-five years of restaurant experience that spans the globe make dining at Caffe Graziani a special treat. Giovanni is a native of Piglio, Italy, a small village located 30 miles south of Rome.
He speaks 4 languages, having worked in France, Great Britain, Germany, Hong Kong and, of course, Italy. He came to the United States in 1989, with his Boston-born wife, Paula. Together they opened the Caffé Graziani in Salem in August of 1991. Since then, the business and the family have grown. Giovanni Graziani

And don't forget mother-in-law, Mary Ann, who bakes her famous Ricotta Pie, one of several homemade desserts that earned the Caffé honors in North Shore's People's Choice Awards
On October 10, 1996, Giovanni continued his "American Dream" when he became a U.S. Citizen and was featured in a front page story in the Salem Evening News.
